To the FARM COMMUNITY in the Hudson Valley:
If we all band together to bring awareness of the need to support our local farms in the Valley, we will be better able to succeed even in the face of these harsh weather conditions and tough economic times.
We can all cross-pollinate, and the Hudson Valley 40th Anniversary Earth Day Celebration is a great place to do that. EVERYONE is talking about this event!
It's time to cultivate one another! My farmer friends have convinced me to keep registration open in order to let more farmers in.
So, calling all of you farmers: Raise your "barn" in our farmers' market. There's still room to join if you act by Thursday. ALL farmers welcome.
